Joint stock company for performing energy activity natural gas transmission NOMAGAS Skopje in state ownership (short name NOMAGAS JSC Skopje).
The procedure regarding the status change of the company, i.e. the merger of the Joint Stock Company for performing energy activities NATIONAL ENERGY RESOURCES Skopje in state ownership with the Joint Stock Company GA-MA - Skopje started during 2022 and it completed at the end of the year.
NOMAGAS JSC Skopje is performing energy activity, transmission and operation with the natural gas transmission system.
In addition to the mentioned activity, NOMAGAS is working on the realization of the project for the construction of main gas pipelines for transmission of natural gas in length of approximately 800 km, as well as gas interconnections to the transmission systems in the neighboring countries or the international transit gas pipelines.
